Chinese Noodles

Break into short lengths 1 bunch (one-half pound) Chinese noodles. Boil in plenty of hot water till soft. Strain through colander, and wash starch out with cold water. Put into good, rich pork, chicken, or beef soup, containing finely cut pieces of pork, or chicken, or mushrooms, together with chopped green onion. Add salt and either Chinese or tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. -(140)-
