Chionodoxa (Four species of this genus)

The four species of this genus are natives of the Orient. To those described on p. 315, Vol. I., the following should now be added: C. sardensis (Sardis). fl. similarly coloured to those of C. Luciliae, but not shading lighter in the centre; perianth stellate-infundi-buliform, the limb twice exceeding the tube; pedicels cernuous; scape two to six-flowered. l. convolute-channelled. 1887.
