Lithospermum (L arvense L officinale and L)

L. arvense, L. officinale, and L. purpureo-caeruleum are British plants. To the species described on p. 286, Vol. II., the following should now be added:

L. graminifolium (Grass-leaved). A synonym of Moltkia graminifolium. L. rosmarinifolium (Rosemary-leaved). fl. bright blue, lined white, about 3/4in. in diameter, terminal. June to September. l. narrow, 1in. or more long. h. 1ft. to 2ft. Central Italy, &c. Evergreen.
