To the species described on pp. 273-5, Vol. III., the following should now be added:
R. Seguieri (Seguier's). fl. white, 3/4in. in diameter; petals five, entire, orbicular, longer than the calyx. June and July. l. three-parted, with acute or bluntish, entire, trifid partitions; floral ones small, sessile, or trifid. Stem one to three-flowered. h. 3in. Alps, 1819. (R.
