Fruit medium, obovate; eye small and closed, in a deep basin; skin pale yellow, freckled with russet, slightly flushed; flesh white, juicy, melting, and pleasantly flavoured. October and November. A most delicious Pear, which requires a wall; it is not a good bearer, unless under favourable conditions.
