The species number nearly thirty. To those described on p. 152, Vol. I., the following should now be added:
B. socotrana (Socotran). fl. solitary, almost sessile; perianth tube 1 1/4in. long, very slender, the limb pale violet-blue, 1in. broad, two-lipped, the segments elliptic, acute. September. l. bifarious, 3in. to 4in. long, 3/4in. broad, narrow-lanceolate; petioles broad, compressed. h. 3in. to 4in. Socotra, 1880. (B. M. 6585.)
