Cryptomeria (Supplement)

To the varieties of C. japonica described on p. 404, Vol. I., the following should now be added:

C. japonica compacta (compact). This forms a compact, regular pyramid. Japan, 1885.

C. j. lycopodioides (Lycopod-like). Habit thick and bushy, very regularly branched, the branchlets long and cord-like. Japan, 1885.
