To the species described on p. 108, Vol. II., the following should now be added:

H. Bauerii (Bauer's). fl. white, a little shorter than the bracts; bracts white, ciliated, broadly obovate; umbel sub-sessile between the leaves. l. two, sub-orbicular, dark green, 5in. to 6in. long and broad, spreading on the ground. Kaffraria, 1886. A handsome, dwarf, greenhouse species. (B. M. 6875.)
