Haronga
(the native name in Madagascar). ORD. Hypericineae. A monotypic genus. The species is an evergreen stove shrub. It thrives in a compost of sandy loam and peat. Propagated by cuttings, made of young shoots, and inserted in sand, under a glass, in heat.
