P. nudiuscula (nearly naked). fl. bright blue, about 1/2in. long, bilabiate, whorled. Summer. l. tufted, linear, obtuse, glabrous. Branches slender, puberulent. h. 9in. to 12in. California, 1886. A pretty, dwarf, compact annual. (R. G. 1241.)
